About the Role:
We're seeking a Sr. Growth Operations Manager who thrives in building and optimizing processes from the ground up. This role demands a strong operator with a knack for enhancing efficiency and driving significant growth within our sales operations. You will be pivotal in crafting a robust framework to streamline our sales cycle, focusing less on traditional sales strategies and more on operational excellence that supports our ambitious revenue goals. In this role, you'll be tasked with steering Ernest through a period of scaling, optimizing our Business Development team's operations to improve conversion rates significantly. Your leadership will be instrumental in not just navigating but thriving within one of the largest global markets, setting a new benchmark in how we scale business initiatives and forge customer relationships to cement our stance in the industry.
What You'll Do:
Develop and refine the operational infrastructure of our sales process to support rapid scaling.
Implement systems and processes that enhance operational efficiency and reduce time-to-close.
In-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
Lead the charge in transforming our sales approach to be lean and metrics-driven, supporting a fast-paced growth environment.
Hands-on involvement in all aspects of operations and sales, from ground-level execution to strategic planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
What You'll Need:
Proven experience in operations management, ideally within a fast-growing tech environment.
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to oversee and optimize sales operations.
