The Vice President, HR Operations is responsible for modernizing, transforming, and scaling Envision’s Human Resource operating model, overseeing HR operations, technology, payroll, and workforce analytics.
Requirements
- Lead the enterprise HR operations and shared services strategy
- Develop and execute a multi-year HR technology roadmap
- Lead HR system implementations, integrations, and upgrades
- Lead the design and execution of a modern and centralized HR operations and shared services model
- Establish methods to continuously improve HR processes
- Lead workforce analytics and reporting capabilities
- Provide executive oversight of payroll operations
- Ensure HR operations, payroll, and data practices comply with applicable regulations
