The Coordinator, North Asia provides high-quality operational, administrative, and communication support to the Regional Manager and regional leadership team. This role is responsible for coordinating regional call logistics, supporting onboarding for new Chinese-speaking members, and coordinating regular WeChat and newsletter content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, event management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in coordination, administration, member services, community management, event support, communications, or a similar role.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Experience supporting onboarding, community or member engagement, or client and customer coordination preferred.
- Previous experience in an entrepreneurial community, membership organization, chamber, association, startup ecosystem, or administrative field is preferred.
- Experience coordinating newsletters, digital communications, and/or WeChat content is highly desirable.
