Requirements
- Strong interest in starting a career in technical support/IT.
- Knowledge of programming or scripting (JavaScript, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, Python – or similar).
- Great communication skills in English (advanced, oral and written).
- Problem-solving mindset, eager to learn and grow.
- Team player, adaptable and curious.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in investigating and troubleshooting customer-facing technical issues.
- Escalate complex problems to senior engineers or development teams.
- Document recurring issues and solutions to contribute to internal knowledge bases.
- Support monitoring of production systems and report incidents accurately.
- Learn and apply key tools (ticketing systems, SQL, APIs, monitoring dashboards).
- Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional teams on root cause analysis.
- Participate in training programs to build technical expertise in AdTech, analytics, and platform support.
