Trainee Full-stack Ruby on Rails Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Trainee Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Developer with expertise in Ruby on Rails (1-2 years of experience), Hotwire (Turbo + Stimulus), PostgreSQL, Test-driven development, REST API, AI Open AI, Claude, Gemini, Git, GitHub.

IMPORTANT: This role is initially for a 3- to 6-month project, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.

Requirements

•Assist in building and maintaining product features using Ruby on Rails under the guidance of senior developers.

•Support the development of secure and scalable systems for scheduling, payments, and user management.

•Write clean, maintainable code and learn best practices for testing and documentation.

•Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and sprint planning sessions.

•Help monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

•Contribute to discussions about improving tools, processes, and product quality.

•Learn to explore and integrate AI/ML capabilities to improve user experience and efficiency.

•Document your progress, lessons learned, and small wins along the way.

•Excellent Communication Skills, English B2-C1
