We’re looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to join our team and deliver high-impact solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment where critical thinking, user experience, and ownership of projects are just as important as technical execution.
Location: Remote; Atlanta, GA preferred, but we are open to all candidates US-based

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Lead the design, development, and customization of Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps (50/50 split) with Dataverse as the core data platform.
- Model, configure, and manage complex Dataverse data structures and integrate them with multiple external data sources.
- Leverage Dynamics 365 experience (if applicable) to support advanced Dataverse scenarios.
- Build and optimize Power Automate flows for scalable business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive, user-focused solutions.
- Apply a mix of UI/UX design principles, coding skills, and data modeling to create seamless applications.
- Own projects end-to-end — from design and architecture to delivery and adoption.
- Bring an entrepreneurial spirit, proactively identifying improvements and driving value for the client.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Power Platform (since ~2018).
- Strong experience with both Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps (balanced skill set).
- Deep knowledge of Dataverse architecture, schema design, and security.
- System administration background (e.g., SharePoint Admin experience a plus).
- Experience in UI design, coding, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 strongly preferred (good understanding of Dataverse fundamentals).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think holistically about systems and user experience.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with stakeholders.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable owning projects from start to finish.
