enFocus

At the heart of enFocus is a vibrant culture of innovation and community impact. Founded in 2012, we are a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering talent to build stronger communities in the South Bend-Elkhart region. We believe that the key to economic development lies in attracting and retaining the brightest minds, which is why we recruit recent graduates into our two-year Fellowship program. Our Fellows work alongside experienced mentors to discover, design, and implement innovative solutions across civic, industry, and entrepreneurial sectors.
