As an ERP Functional Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the design, configuration, and deployment of ERP solutions across the Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), and/or Procure to Pay (P2P) domains.
Working closely with internal teams and business stakeholders, you’ll analyse requirements and contribute to solution design, translating business needs into scalable, effective ERP functionalities.
You’ll also be responsible for executing functional testing of developed features and supporting go-live activities by providing user training and documentation.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with the team & stakeholders to gather and validate requirements across the Finance and Supply Chain domains (R2R, O2C, P2P).
  • Analyse business processes and contribute to the design of ERP solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and configuration inputs.
  • Ensure that functional deliverables meet quality standards and align with ERP configuration best practices.
  • Produce clear and comprehensive documentation of future-state business processes to support solution design, stakeholder alignment, and long-term maintainability.
  • Perform functional testing of developed features and support go-live readiness activities, including user training, documentation, and post-deployment validation.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and system usage.

Who we are Looking for:

  • Hands-on experience in ERP systems, with strong functional expertise in one or more of the following domains: Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), or Procure to Pay (P2P).
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (either Business Central or Finance & Operations).
  • Proven ability to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into effective ERP configurations and process improvements.
  • Skilled in documenting business processes and functional designs in a clear, structured, and maintainable format
  • Experience in functional testing, including test case creation and validation of system behaviour.
  • Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments and actively participating in ceremonies such as planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor the speech according to the audience to work effectively across cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with a commitment to delivering consistent, high-standard functional outputs.
  • Professional fluency in English.
