Product Designer (fintech / crypto)

EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody solutions, mining services, and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team. This role will focus on financial products related to deposits, staking, unlock flows, and other similar banking or savings-like experiences. You will work on both improving the current product experience and shaping the next iterations of the products direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain consistent UX across multiple products and platforms within the ecosystem
• Work closely with PMs, developers, and other designers to align on cross-product initiatives
• Participate in discovery sessions, hypothesis testing, and user research to guide design decisions
• Maintain and evolve the design system to support scalability and consistency
• Take ownership of complex, system-wide design tasks and drive them to completion
• Propose improvements that enhance overall ecosystem usability and user satisfaction

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Mandatory experience in fintech products (ideally deposits, accounts, savings, lending, or similar banking flows)
• Strong UX thinking with a focus on system-level and cross-product consistency
• Ability to work independently and make strong product decisions within an established system
• Experience collaborating closely with PMs, developers, and analysts
• Crypto experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• English B1/B2 or higher
