We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Operations Support Representative to join our sales team. The Sales Support Representative will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our sales efforts by providing operational support to our sales team and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of proposals and invoices to customers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Maintain accurate and complete customer records in CRM systems and other databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with a CRM system is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, self-starter, and team player.
