Our product portfolio spans market-leading solutions in Clinical Reference, Advanced Clinical Decision Support, Nursing, Patient Engagement and Precision Medicine. Our products aim to optimize care delivery, patient experience, and financial outcomes.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for identifying business opportunities within Health Systems and Hospitals. We partner with the top accounts in the territory. Calling on c-suite decision makers to create value proposition for use of Clinical Performance products. Our time is spent generating new sales and closing new contracts, as well as upselling new solutions to existing customers. We work within the entire Clinical Solutions toolkit.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities at Health Systems, Hospitals and Medical Schools to drive new business growth.
  • Maintaining existing book of business by renewing all major contracts.
  • Creating, updating and utilizing a territory business plan identifying key renewal, upsell and new business prospects.
  • Establishing credibility and building relationships with multiple department heads, key decision makers and influencers at hospitals, including C-suite.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of at least 3x quota with qualified opportunities.
  • Developing accurate forecasts of new business opportunities and active renewals

Requirements

  • Have a proven track-record of success in prospecting & closing new business, leading to consistent quota achievement.
  • Able to demonstrate experience with “Consultative Selling” to identify and solve customer problems.
  • Experience selling technology solutions in a complex B2B/healthcare environment, with multiple influencers and decision makers.
  • Able to demonstrate ability and accurately forecast new business opportunities and renewals.
  • Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have excellent organizational skills to identify develop and manage opportunities.
  • Have knowledge of regulatory environment in healthcare.
Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-New Jersey $98,483 - $157,317. Total Target Cash Range: $151,690 - $242,310. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.If performed in New York, the base pay range is $89,600 - $166,200, the total target cash range is $137,800 - $255,900.If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $97,700 - $181,300, the total target cash range is $150,300 - $279,200.If performed in Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $81,400 - $151,100, the total target cash range is $125,300 - $232,700.If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $77,300 - $143,500, the total target cash range is $119,000 - $221,000.U.S. National Base Pay Range: $81,400 - $151,100, Total Target Cash Range: $125,300 - $232,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
