About the Role:

Our Account Manager role is an individual contributor position focused on hunting for new business opportunities, particularly in hospitals where the company is less known. Based in CDMX, with potential coverage in Monterrey, the role involves managing long sales cycles, requiring persistence and resilience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage health segment territory (Hospitals) for MX - Dominican Republic - North and Central America.
  • Prospecting and hunting for new business opportunities, especially in hospitals where the company is not well known.
  • Managing large accounts and navigating multiple contacts within organizations to build relationships and close deals.
  • Handling long sales cycles, maintaining persistence and motivation throughout the process.
  • Coordinating with marketing and other teams to support sales efforts.
  • Conducting initial prospecting and qualification of opportunities independently.
  • Developing solutions with the support of the Health Value Manager and presenting proposals to clients.
  • Managing negotiations and closing sales, with support from the team as needed.
  • Performing cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting renewals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, International Business or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales, with a focus on handling large accounts and long sales cycles.
  • Business English
  • Strong hunting skills to open new doors and generate new relationships.
  • Ability to manage large accounts and navigate multiple sponsors and contacts within an organization.
  • Resilience, self-motivation and ability to manage accounts independently.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare sector and technology solutions is preferred
  • Based in Mexico City
