We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative & Marketing Coordinator to support day to day operations across multiple self-storage facilities. This role is essential to maintaining smooth tenant experiences, basic operational reporting, and consistent marketing execution. The ideal candidate will manage tenant communications, oversee move-ins and move-outs, produce bi-weekly reports, support friendly collections outreach, and help execute our marketing content schedule. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Manager, ensuring all facilities run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant & Customer Support
- Answer all incoming tenant calls live during scheduled work hours, and return any missed calls promptly.
- Handle move-ins and move-outs across multiple facility management systems, including assigning units, confirming access codes, updating records, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for tenants.
- Provide ongoing tenant support by addressing questions about billing, access, availability, and general facility operations.
- Conduct weekly friendly outreach to past due tenants, using a structured sequence of calls, texts, and emails until a payment or payment plan is arranged.
Operations & Facility Coordination
- Assist with coordinating tenant access needs, including confirming gate codes, updating access permissions, and supporting general operational questions.
- Record any tenant reported issues related to maintenance, access, or facility concerns, and escalate them to the Operations Manager for coordination with on-site staff.
- Monitor facility activity through management systems and reports to help ensure smooth, consistent daily operations across all locations.
Reporting & Data Entry
- Maintain basic weekly records of occupancy, move-ins, move-outs, past-due tenants, and payment arrangements across all facilities.
- Update and organize reporting sheets in Google Drive, ensuring all data is complete, clear, and ready for management review each week.
- Prepare a weekly KPI summary that includes occupancy updates, tenant movements, past-due activity, collections progress, and marketing status.
Marketing & Customer Outreach
- Support the execution of weekly marketing content across all facilities, including social media posts, Google Business Profile updates, and online listings.
- Draft monthly blog content using provided templates, brand guidelines, and location-specific requirements, and organize all drafts in the shared Google Drive folders for review.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, text) and customer-service orientation.
- Comfortable working with tenants — including move-in/out coordination and occasional collections calls.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with good data-entry skills and ability to track occupancy/tenant information accurately.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across operations, tenant support, and marketing.
- Familiarity with online platforms and basic marketing tasks, including scheduling posts, drafting content, and producing simple, high-quality marketing materials.
- Ability to work full-time from Friday to Tuesday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time, and respond promptly to tenant needs during scheduled hours.
- Self-starter mindset and ability to operate independently, especially as the company scales.

- Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
- Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
- Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary Range: $800–$1,000/month USD
TimeZone: PST, Friday to Tuesday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
