Creative Generalist / UX Designer

We are looking for a versatile Creative Generalist who can elevate our client's user experience through thoughtful design and impactful multimedia content.

Role Overview:

We need a freelance Creative Generalist who can blend skills in UX/UI design, video production, and digital content creation to enhance interaction across our platforms. This role requires a high level of proficiency across various platforms, including WordPress, and the ability to create engaging display ads and video content. The ideal candidate will serve as a designer, producer, and video editor, dedicated to improving the user experience for both internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate will have a refined aesthetic sensibility, taste, and standards that can translate to good design in a variety of environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and improve user interfaces and digital experiences for various company platforms.
• Produce and edit videos for internal training and external marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage display ads and video content for online marketing.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure a cohesive user experience that aligns with our brand’s vision.
• Deliver high-quality, creative content solutions that meet the needs of both customers and employees.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, video production, and digital content creation.

• Strong proficiency with design software and video editing tools.
• Experienced in WordPress, drag-and-drop CMS platforms like High Level, and creating content for multiple digital ad platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from conception to completion.

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.

• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $1500
Schedule: CST
