Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The Associate Healthcare Recruiter will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our client healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment services.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various recruitment channels to identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals, including but not limited to job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications to determine suitability for open positions.
Phone Work and Outreach:
- Conduct a high volume of phone calls (120-140 calls per day) to validate correct contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses.
Candidate Relationship Management:
- Provide timely and personalized follow-up to candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Compile and generate reports as requested by management, including candidate profiles, recruitment metrics, and other relevant data.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and recruitment activities.
Lead Generation and Referral:
- Identify and qualify leads for potential candidates, passing qualified leads to the site recruiting team for further evaluation and processing.
- Leverage existing networks and relationships to generate referrals and expand the candidate pool.
