FULFLLD is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team! We are a trusted delivery and fleet management software. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and onboarding qualified delivery drivers to enhance our delivery operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute driver recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels to advertise job openings
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for the role
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, and driver record checks as part of the hiring process
- Coordinate and conduct driver orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications, interviews, and hiring decisions
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement driver retention strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in driver recruitment and onboarding
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in driver recruiting or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of driver recruitment strategies and best practices
- Experience utilizing job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for driver positions
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience conducting background checks and driver record checks
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations related to driver recruitment and licensing
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruitment software
