Job Description:
This multifaceted role is designed for a seasoned professional capable of handling comprehensive responsibilities in accounting, financial management, bookkeeping, compliance, and corporate records management. The candidate will ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and the effective organization and upkeep of corporate documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and fiscal analysis.
- Oversee and automate daily bookkeeping operations and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
- Implement and maintain compliance policies throughout the organization.
- Manage secure, read-only access to financial records and ensure data integrity.
- Serve as the corporate records manager, organizing and maintaining documentation for multiple entities, ensuring all documents are current and compliant.
- Track deadlines and maintain organized systems for filing and recordkeeping.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software.
- Proven ability in developing and enforcing compliance policies.
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing documents across multiple entities.
- CPA certification or similar required.
- Previous experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial role preferred.

- Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
- Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
