Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Specialist to join our team. As an Audit Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance and accuracy within the company's operations. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate audit requirements to Loan Officers promptly and guide them through necessary updates. Additionally, you will compile and organize data using various tools and platforms to support auditing processes.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Communicate audit requirements to Loan Officers promptly upon receiving reports from the audit company.
- Guide Loan Officers through necessary updates, such as updating Facebook photos and implementing compliance changes, via Zoom sessions.
- Compile audit-related data into Excel sheets for further analysis and reporting.
- Utilize IQ Clicks to scan links on the company's platforms and compile relevant information into data sheets.
Must-Have Tools Experience:
- IQ Clicks
- Excel
Must-Have Skills:
Strong customer support skills with the ability to effectively guide and support Loan Officers.
Exposure to the mortgage industry, with a basic understanding of mortgage processes and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey audit requirements and updates.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in compiling and managing audit-related data.
Experience in administrative support within Excel, including data entry and spreadsheet management.
Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
