efficiently is hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to build and scale our SaaS B2B growth engine. You’ll own demand generation, pipeline creation, and multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue.

We’re scaling fast and need a data-driven, entrepreneurial Head of Growth to build and lead our growth marketing engine.

Role Overview

The Head of Growth is responsible for driving efficiently’s customer acquisition, activation, and retention strategy. You’ll take ownership of the growth funnel end-to-end — from demand generation to conversion — while building and managing the team, tools, and campaigns that deliver predictable pipeline and revenue.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product. You’ll partner with our comms/content and design teams, oversee our marketing tech stack (Klaviyo, Salesforce, Instantly, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), and make sure every campaign is measurable and tied to outcomes.

You’ll report directly to the CEO, giving you visibility, influence, and ownership at the highest level of the company.

Who You Are

We’re open to two types of candidates:

  • Experienced Growth Leader – You’ve already led demand gen or growth at a B2B SaaS company and are ready to take full ownership of efficiently’s growth engine.
  • Ready to Step Up – You’re a senior demand-gen/performance marketer with a strong track record of building pipeline, and you’re hungry for your first Head of Growth role. You want ownership, responsibility, and the chance to build a growth machine from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy: Define, test, and scale efficiently’s demand generation strategy across paid, organic, and outbound channels.
  • Campaign Management: Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, email nurture, Instantly outreach, events).
  • Funnel Optimization: Own the funnel from lead - Demo - Registration - Activation - Engagement - Champion
  • Marketing Ops & Analytics: Oversee MarTech stack (Salesforce, Klaviyo, Instantly, GA4, attribution tools) and build dashboards to track CAC, LTV, pipeline contribution.
  • SEO/Content Growth: Partner with the comms/content team to turn thought leadership and case studies into pipeline-driving assets.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a small but mighty growth team (performance marketer, marketing ops, SDRs) and integrate with existing design/content staff.
  • Experimentation: Run structured growth experiments, track results, and scale what works.
  • AI-Driven Growth: Identify, test, and integrate AI tools and workflows to accelerate campaign creation, optimize targeting, improve content production, and drive smarter analytics across all channels.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–10+ years in growth marketing, demand gen, or performance marketing roles.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS (construction tech, proptech, or design software a plus).
  • Proven track record of scaling multi-channel campaigns tied to revenue.
  • Strong grasp of marketing automation, CRM, and outbound systems (Klaviyo, Instantly, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and attribution skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with a small team and big ambition.
  • A builder: loves creating systems, processes, and playbooks from scratch.
  • Curiosity and experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot AI, LinkedIn AI targeting) to gain efficiency and insight in marketing workflows.
