Overview:
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Web Specialist, a combination of website designer with a keen interest in social media management to join our team. This role is pivotal in redesigning our website from scratch, maintaining its functionality, and driving online engagement through effective social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design and development, coupled with a passion for social media marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Redesign our company website from scratch, ensuring a modern and user-friendly interface.
- Develop and maintain the website, regularly updating content and ensuring functionality.
- Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Manage our company's social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to enhance our online presence and engagement.
- Create compelling visual content, including graphics and videos, for both website and social media use.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media metrics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design, SEO, and social media marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design languages and tools.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website management platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in managing corporate social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to create engaging visual content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with management software such as SITETRACKER (bonus but not required).
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
