Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Project Manager with comprehensive experience and knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules, including IT Operations Management (ITOM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will drive the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects from initiation through deployment while managing cross-functional teams and aligning with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery encompassing ITOM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
- Coordinate with technical architects, consultants, and business analysts to ensure alignment of solution design and implementation.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation plans as needed.
- Facilitate communication across teams and with clients, providing regular project updates and status reports.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, ITIL frameworks, and governance standards.
- Support change management and user adoption efforts during project rollout.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with ServiceNow implementations.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects involving ITOM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and IT asset management frameworks.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certifications related to ITOM, HAM, SAM, or ITSM modules.
- Experience managing cross-geography and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
