Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations strategy, process standardization, performance management, or field operations
- Experience developing and implementing standardized processes, SOPs, or operational frameworks
- Strong analytical capability, including experience using operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% to support site visits, process implementation, and team collaboration
