The Campaign Operations Manager will lead a team of Campaign Operations Associates to build, QA, and launch hundreds of high-quality CRM campaigns per year. The role requires experience in Retention Marketing, Marketing Operations, Martech, or Lifecycle Marketing, with at least 2 years of leading a team and hands-on experience with Braze or a similar ESP.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Retention Marketing, Marketing Operations, Martech, or Lifecycle Marketing
- At least 2 years of leading a team of 3+ reports
- Hands-on experience with Braze or a similar ESP
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to improve operational efficiency or campaign quality
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform decisions, build business cases for investment, and optimize campaign development and quality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
