We're looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager / Account Manager to sell our Automotive DMS SaaS solution to dealerships in Southern California and Arizona. The role requires 3+ years of sales experience selling to automotive dealerships, with a proven track record of new business development and territory sales.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience selling to automotive dealerships, ideally in SaaS, DMS, or ancillary automotive tech
- Demonstrated success in territory sales and new business development
- Experience working with dealership decision-makers (GMs, Dealer Principals, Controllers, etc.)
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and pipeline management skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Familiarity with Challenger Sales methodology is a plus
- Ability to travel within your region and occasionally for company-wide events
