Requirements
- Conduct onboarding meetings for new customers
- Respond to customer questions and challenges
- Support churn-related processes
- Help to improve products
- Manage situations related to churn
- Prepare optimizations for customers and look for potential for upsell
- Work in Salesforce and Hubspot
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback
- Support other products and projects in the team
