Docker is seeking a Renewals Manager (EMEA) to drive the renewal process for customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Docker's products and services, and be able to articulate the value provided to customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a sales or account management role
- Experience working with Mid Market and Enterprise level accounts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
