What You’ll Do
- Drive Growth
- Generate, qualify, and close opportunities that expand our customer base and accelerate ARR growth.
- Manage a full sales cycle — from first outreach to signed agreement — with precision and speed.
- Build and execute territory and account plans that consistently beat quota.
- Run the Playbook
- Deliver compelling demos that highlight how our platform solves real customer problems.
- Quantify ROI and articulate business value for every deal.
- Leverage Salesforce and our modern sales stack to forecast accurately and maintain clean pipeline data.
- Build Relationships That Last
- Engage executives, influencers, and cross-functional stakeholders to create a sense of urgency and consensus.
- Transition new customers seamlessly to post-sales teams with complete documentation and context.
- Act as the voice of the prospect to Product and Marketing, sharing insights that shape our roadmap and messaging.
- Stay Sharp
- Become an expert on our product, integrations, and the evolving banking tech landscape.

What You Bring
- Must-Haves
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Proven ability to run discovery, present solutions, and close complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Expert communication and presentation skills — virtual and in person.
- Experience using Salesforce, Gong, and other modern sales tools.
- A growth mindset, strong business acumen, and genuine curiosity about the customer’s world.
- Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling into financial services.
- Familiarity with SPICED, Challenger, MEDDIC, or similar sales methodologies.
- Understanding of marketing automation, digital engagement, or customer lifecycle management
