As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our affiliate network, fostering strong relationships with partners, and driving revenue growth through effective affiliate marketing strategies.

Your role will involve onboarding new affiliates, negotiating and managing contracts, monitoring performance, providing support to affiliates, and identifying growth opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement engaging campaigns, optimize affiliate performance, and drive incremental revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the affiliate network by recruiting new affiliates and nurturing existing relationships
- Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements and commission structures
- Monitor affiliate performance and provide support, guidance, and feedback to ensure optimal results
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective affiliate marketing campaigns
- Analyze affiliate performance metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing
- Identify new growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase affiliate revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates and strategic partners
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the iGaming industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate networks
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and CRM systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
