Dew Software is seeking an Agile Transformation Architect to join our team and drive the adoption of Agile methodologies across our organization. As a leading player in the Digital Transformation space, we specialize in helping Fortune 500 clients navigate their digital transformation journeys. Dew Software operates from 14 development centers located in nine countries, providing a global platform for collaboration and innovation. As an Agile Transformation Architect, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices within our organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Agile frameworks, processes, and practices to ensure successful project delivery and improved efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, and project managers, to facilitate Agile adoption and provide guidance on best practices. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Agile frameworks, processes, and practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define Agile adoption strategies and roadmaps.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and address barriers to Agile adoption and project success.
- Provide guidance on Agile tools and techniques to facilitate collaboration and transparency.
- Continuously improve Agile practices through feedback and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with Agile trends, practices, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile software development methodologies.
- Certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices.
- Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives in large organizations.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and inspire teams towards Agile adoption and continuous improvement.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
