Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance applications using the AppDynamics platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Integrate AppDynamics with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless operation
- Monitor and analyze application performance using AppDynamics tools and dashboards
- Create and maintain documentation of application configurations and processes
- Identify and troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in application performance monitoring
Requirements
• Maintain the existing monitoring configuration in AppDynamics.
• Notify the client of the license expiry and apply for the new licenses once received.
• Work with AppDynamics to support patch updates based on security requirements.
• Continue expanding application availability monitoring as per Client priority.
• ServiceNow Integration o Define the ticket routing rules for each application alert in scope.
o Setup Integration with AppDynamics
• Test & validate and move to production.
• Good to have the SSIS knowledge
• Hypercare o Resolve any issues with the routing of tickets.
o Generate event incidents dashboard for the defined group in ServiceNow.
