We invite an experienced and proactive Outstaff Manager to join our team at Dev.Pro in the Delivery Operations department, where you will contribute your strategic skills and operational expertise to help streamline our outstaffing process. Reporting directly to Delivery Directors of specific accounts/projects, you will serve as the main point of contact between delivery, clients, HR, and IT teams for Outstaff Cooperations.

  • Proven experience in IT or IT-related fields, deep knowledge of software development processes and technologies
  • Proficiency in HR, Resource Management, Client Management, and Account Management
  • Advanced skills in Google Docs and presentation tools for effective project documentation
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation and collaboration skills
  • Ability to facilitate clear and effective communication with clients and team members
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and prioritize competing demands
  • Adaptability to handle various levels of uncertainty and routine tasks, ranging from day-to-day operations to strategic relationship management and process enhancements.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level (written and verbal)

  • Capability effectively managing resources and relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met with a high degree of satisfaction.

🧩 Key responsibilities and your contribution

You'll serve as the vital connection between management, client stakeholders, and different company departments. Your role involves overseeing and coordinating the work of 40+ long-term outstaff contractors, initially starting with 10+, spread across the globe, while also nurturing trusting relationships with clients.

  • Manage client relationships, promoting cooperation and offering education on the outstaff model
  • Oversee contractor's performance reviews, manage agreement terminations, and share feedback
  • Coordinate billing details with clients and handle billing tasks, including invoices and PTR reports
  • Address client billing-related inquiries and ensure proper project assignment management
  • Collaborate with the IT team to facilitate hardware provision, out-of-office notifications, and related tasks
  • Oversee the pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes for outstaff contractors
  • Oversee the recruiting and hiring process, collaborating closely with both the recruiting team and the client.
  • Play a pivotal role in leading the outstaff management process, enhancing existing procedures, and introducing new ones as needed.
