Wir sind verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung und Wartung der Netzwerkinfrastrukturkomponenten unserer Kunden – wie Router, Switches, Access Points und DNS-/DHCP-/RADIUS-Server für zentrale Dienste. Darüber hinaus bieten wir allen Neu- und Bestandskunden unternehmensweite Unterstützung bei der Netzwerktechnik und -architektur.

Wir suchen eine engagierte und kompetente Fachkraft zur Verstärkung unseres Teams, die dazu beiträgt, die Qualität unserer Netzwerk- und Serverdienste kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Sie werden Teil eines kooperativen, hilfsbereiten, freundlichen und unterstützenden Teams.

Ihre Aufgaben als Systemadministrator in den ersten 6 Monaten:

Wartung und Betrieb der DNS-/DHCP-/RADIUS-Server für einen Top-Kunden

• Patchen der Server

Ursachenanalyse bei Störungen, Vorfällen und Leistungsproblemen
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Systemarchitektur, Prozesse und der allgemeinen Servicequalität
Testen und Ausrollen neuer Software-/Patch-Releases

• Implementieren von Änderungstickets

• Bearbeiten von Störungstickets

• Bearbeiten von Problemtickets

Ihr langfristiges Profil:

Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Netzwerkprinzipien und Begeisterung für neue Technologien wie Meraki

• Arbeitszeiten ab 07:30–16:00 Uhr

Bereitschaft zur Umsetzung von Änderungen in Überstunden
Bereitschaft zum Erlernen neuer Technologien mit Unterstützung eines hilfsbereiten und unterstützenden Teams
Kommunikation auf Deutsch mit Kunden und internen Kollegen

HPE Aruba Clearpass-Kenntnisse

• Infoblox-Kenntnisse

• Deutschkenntnisse B2

• Englischkenntnisse B2 oder höher

• Sicherheitskenntnisse

• Linux-Kenntnisse
