The Senior Strategist, Experience Strategy will report into the Senior Director, Experience Strategy. This is a remote position. You will help brands understand their customers and create meaningful digital interactions that create growth for their business.
You are curious and customer-obsessed—someone who loves uncovering what makes people tick, analyzing how brands are positioned in the market, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and increase sales. You'll translate these insights to develop clear, thoughtful strategies into compelling stories and presentations that resonate with clients.
Utilize your strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify patterns in customer data. Equally important is your ability to communicate these insights clearly and persuasively, building trust with clients, collaborating with teams, and connecting the dots between data, strategy, and results.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as one of the lead team members of said brands, assuring the quality of the strategic and creative products the team produces.
- Thinks about strategic and creative possibilities beyond current projects. Work closely and collaboratively with creative teams with a clear understanding of short- and long-term opportunities.
- Uncover cultural, brand, and category insights, with a mastery of both qualitative and quantitative research.
- Writing briefs and conducting briefings across multiple brands.
• Creating communications plans.
- Use your digital proficiency to inspire creation of communications at the cutting-edge of how consumers interact with each other and with brands.
- Acts as a catalyst to creative and brand team in trying to find new ways to contribute to the brand and in identifying future opportunities.
- Create big ideas and put them into action and practice for their clients and to foster strong relationships with senior level marketing clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree, MBA or equivalent business experience
- Five or more years of work experience in an advertising, digital or media planning agency, including at least three years in brand strategy or account planning required.
- Four or more years of experience developing brand behavior or communications plans
- Excellent communication ability: Ability to interpret information from a variety of sources and craft insights and data into compelling narratives that move the business
- Has leadership and interpersonal skills including the ability to mentor talent
The annual salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
