The purpose of this role is data analysis/guided deliverable development in support of assessment/strategic deliverables.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst, Analytics professional to join our dynamic team. This rolewill involve hands-onuse ofmachine learning algorithms and Generative AI to drive data-driven decision-making within the retail/CPG domain.

The ideal candidate willpossessa strong quantitative background, and the ability to translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions. This individual will work closely with cross-functionaland clientteams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, andmaintainadvanced analytical models using machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques.

  • Apply descriptive analytics to uncover trends, patterns, and insights from large and complex datasets, using Tableaudashboards and reportswhere necessary.

  • Perform customer, product, and transaction-level analysiswithin retail/CPG datasets.

  • Assistin the design and implementation of LLM-basedembedding-poweredsolutionslikesummarizationandclassification.

  • Develop and supportsimulationapplications whererequired.

  • Work directly with senior client stakeholders,collaborate with cross-functional teams, andcontribute end-to-end onsolutiondevelopment.

  • Write efficient SQL queries (GoogleBigQuerypreferred) and build data transformation workflows in Python.

  • Ensure data quality, harmonization, and consistency across analytical projects.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing analytics methodologies and models to enhance accuracy and performance.

  • Stay updated on industry trends in machine learning and AI and contribute to innovation within the team.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Data Science,Computer Science,Mathematics, Statistics,Business Analytics,or a related field.

  • 4–6 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, machine learning, or a related field.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skillswithclient-facing experience.

  • Proficiencyin SQL (GoogleBigQuerypreferred) and Python.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.

  • Familiarity with Retail/CPG/Tech industry and experience working with product, transaction, and customer-level data.

  • Strong data structuring,andanalyticalproblem-solving skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

Theannualsalary range for this position is $72,000-$120,000.Placement within the salary rangeis based on a variety of factors,including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factorspermittedby law.
