Position Summary:

Prospecting to identify stakeholders within organizations to proactively engage and generate interest to secure meetings for the Global Sales Team. The initiation of the pipeline creation process will present an opportunity for the sellers to penetrate and expand new logos and growth accounts to ensure attainment of company sales goals while addressing their customers' demand generation and data intelligence needs.

Essential Job Functions “What You’ll Do”:

  • Drive the sales pipeline by proactively identifying and qualifying new prospects through various channels such as customized lists, outbound phone calls, video calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Participate in discovery calls to provide prospects with a high-level value proposition coupled with information about the Company’s global B2B data, demand generation and intelligence solutions.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and demonstrations for sellers to ensure smooth transition and clear communication to ensure opportunities are understood and next steps clearly identified.
  • Maintain data integrity in our CRM and sales tools, with accurate records for leads, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Meet activity standards for pipeline management objectives to include prospecting, opportunity creation, completed meetings and identifying value.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts, share feedback, and continuously refine our outreach strategies.

Essential Qualifications “What You’ll Need”:

  • Must have Secondary School / High School Diploma combination of High School Diploma and two years relevant work experience
  • Minimum twelve months of SDR experience
  • Commitment to the continual mastery of their methodological/trackable sales process through training, study, and creativity with a strong desire to achieve expectations.
  • Strong and professional communication skills– written, verbal, presentation - to articulate the Company’s value proposition.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills that demonstrate an ability to organize and multitask while adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrate good judgment, critical thinking and problem solving skills to address the business needs
  • Possess a growth mindset, consistently working to improve your skills and adapt in a constantly changing environment.
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment to exhibit a commitment to the Company’s core values.
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, and Data Intelligence platform skills. (Medium proficiency)
  • Knowledge in the SaaS (Software as a Service) arena, experience using sales enablement applications (i.e. Sales Navigator LinkedIn, Gong)
