About the opportunity
As the ABM Platform Product Owner, you will be the subject matter expert and operational lead for our Demandbase platform. You will own platform use, enablement, intent data and buyer journey strategy, and oversee Marketing orchestration practices across the account lifecycle. This cross-functional role interfaces with demand generation, sales, marketing operations, data teams, marketing technology, and advertising teams to enable high-impact, account-based campaigns that drive revenue growth.
What you’ll get to do
Platform Ownership & Collaboration
• Serve as the primary business counterpart and partner with Marketing Technology (the IT team responsible for system and technical administration of Demandbase) in the oversight of and advocacy for platform success. health, integrations opportunities, and Marketing user support.
• Maintain audience segmentation, data rules, and automation workflows to ensure accurate targeting and measurement.
• Responsible for communications, training and enablement of Marketing users and partnering with Sales Enablement on training for the field.
• Stay current with new Demandbase AI capabilities and advocate for adoption of features that enhance marketing orchestration and buyer engagement.
Intent Data & Buyer Journey Management
• Develop and manage processes for gathering and refining intent data to identify in-market accounts, prioritize outreach, and personalize content.
• Map and optimize buyer journeys across key segments and personas, leveraging Demandbase insights to deliver timely, relevant touchpoints.
• Partner with content and media teams to align messaging with stages of the buying cycle and behavioral signals and to support and enable use of Demandbase for advertising.
ABM Program Strategy & Orchestration
• Enable and support across marketing teams to ensure impactful integrated ABM campaigns are developed using Demandbase audiences, intent signals, and orchestration tools.
• Coach and support Growth Marketing in the development and advancement of orchestration programs that drive impact.
• Build scalable audience frameworks and dynamic account journeys that adjust based on engagement, behavior, and buying stage.
• Ensure campaign execution is supported with real-time orchestration of display ads, email, personalization, and sales enablement tactics.
Integration & Data Coordination
• Advocate for and support seamless integration with relevant and appropriate Martech platforms.
• Work with Marketing Ops, Marketing Automation and Data teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of account data, enrichment, and reporting.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign impact, pipeline contribution, and account engagement.
• Use Demandbase analytics and third-party tools to identify optimization opportunities and continually improve campaign effectiveness.
• Partner with Marketing Operations and Decision Intelligence on integrating Demandbase data/analytics into larger reporting frameworks
Skills and experience we value

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or revenue operations, with at least 1–2 years in an ABM-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with Demandbase One (or previous versions) as an administrator or advanced user.
• Deep understanding of ABM, intent data, buyer journey mapping, and marketing orchestration principles.
• Experience with successful integrations of Demandbase with Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, and media platforms.
• High degree of confidence leveraging AI and curious about the potential to leverage it to drive speed and scale.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to influence marketing strategies.
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
• Agile/scrum or sprint-based experience is a plus.
What would make you really stand out

• Demandbase certification (Administrator or Practitioner).
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise B2B environment.
• Familiarity with other ABM or orchestration platforms (e.g., 6sense, Terminus), and data providers (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clearbit).
