The Program Director, Clinical Programs role is a strategic position that requires experience in consulting, process improvement, strategic planning, operations/healthcare management, or similar. Requirements
- 6+ years experience in consulting, process improvement, strategic planning, operations/healthcare management, or similar
- Bachelors degree is required and Masters in relevant field (MBA, MHA) is preferred with 3+ years post-graduate experience
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare payor, provider, consulting, or other relevant healthcare field
- Subject matter expertise in value-based healthcare programs and strategies and accountable care models
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, with clear ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, track record as a relationship builder that quickly gains confidence and credibility with broad groups of stakeholders
- Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution to deliver impactful results
- Travel up to 25%
