Scope of the Service
The Senior Test Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a cross-team automated testing strategy that ensures high-quality delivery across functional, non-functional, security, and regulatory dimensions. The consultant will work closely with multiple teams to define quality standards, track KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement of the testing practice.
Key Activities
Design and maintain a cross-team automated test strategy, covering both functional and non-functional testing.
Ensure the test strategy adheres to security, accessibility, regulatory, and quality compliance standards.
Oversee and drive the implementation of automated testing frameworks and processes.
Ensure consistent test coverage and apply risk-based prioritization across test activities.
Define and maintain quality gates to support continuous improvement and controlled releases.
Define, track, and report quality KPIs to ensure measurable progress and transparency.
Mandatory Certifications
ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager (or equivalent certification).
This certification is mandatory and must be held by the key personnel performing the service.
Language Requirements
The consultant must have English proficiency at level B2 or higher (CEFR), both spoken and written.
Required Experience
The services must be delivered by a Senior Test Manager with the following minimum experience:
7 years designing and writing test strategies specifically tailored for automation, covering both functional and non-functional testing.
7 years executing and reporting on automated test scripts using frameworks such as Playwright, TypeScript-based automation, Selenium WebDriver, or similar.
3 years of testing experience in cloud environments.
3 years working with JIRA for managing test cycles and automation requirements (using Zephyr, Xray, or similar plugins).
3 years of hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps Pipelines, etc.).
