Senior Operations Associate - Machine Learning

Dandy is building a machine learning-driven dental design engine and is hiring an ML Operations Lead to sit on the Special Operations team and own the planning and execution of high-priority ML incubation projects.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in startups, corporate operations, consulting, or a similar environment where you've owned work end-to-end
• Data-driven: comfortable using SQL, Looker, or similar tools
• Strong program and project management skills, including experience using tools like Asana or Jira to plan and track activities
• The ability to influence a variety of stakeholders
• Clear, direct communicator who can navigate multiple cultural contexts with ease
• Self-starter with high ownership, sharp detail orientation, and the ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments
