Dandy is hiring a dynamic, high energy, and process-driven, sales manager to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. As the first international sales manager ever hired at Dandy, you'll lead our founding team of UK Account Executives, guiding and coaching them to ensure the team exceeds quota and fueling Dandy's international expansion along the way.

Requirements

• 5+ years of quota carrying experience
• 2+ years sales management experience
• Proven record of success in a high velocity/high volume sales environment
• Comfort in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Experience in motivating a team to fill their calendar with outbound prospecting when needed
