Dandy is transforming the dental industry through technology and is seeking a Counsel, Commercial Contracts to draft, negotiate, and execute commercial agreements that drive global growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer
  • 3+ years of experience specializing in commercial contracting and transactional law
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, manage a large pipeline of agreements, and prioritize deal closure efficiency
  • Exceptional skills in simplifying complex legal concepts for non-legal business audiences
