Dandy is transforming the dental industry with technology. We're looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our team and delight our customers: dentists across the UK. The role will focus on driving Net Revenue Retention by fostering strong customer relationships, activating new user growth, and expanding into new locations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in dental industry in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or other role that interfaced directly with dentists
- Track record of upselling and growing your account portfolio
- Established and managed relationships with multiple stakeholders at small to medium sized businesses
- Enjoy talking on the phone with clients for over 60% of your day.
- Have a desire to dive deeper and understand customer’s pain points.
- Comfortable analyzing data and using dashboards to inform your decisions and outreach.
- Enthusiasm for experimentation and iteration to hone your craft
- Highly motivated, performance driven individual.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
