Platform Manager, AI Transformation

CyberArk is looking for a Platform Manager, AI Transformation to lead our strategic transition into an AI-native engineering organization, responsible for defining AI collaboration, introducing autonomy safely, and building reusable AI capabilities. The role requires 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in platform engineering, infrastructure, or distributed systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in platform engineering, infrastructure, or distributed systems
• Proven track record of building internal platforms used by multiple teams and driving cross-team adoption of new technologies
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or AI-assisted development tools for real-world production services
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, agent workflows, and establishing evaluation and guardrails for AI systems
• Experience in technical leadership, including leading cross-functional teams and aligning groups around engineering standards
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and educate engineers
• Data-driven mindset with experience creating and measuring KPIs to increase team velocity
• Ability to define and execute strategy, translating a high-level vision into a clear roadmap and execution plan
