Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and build strong relationships with executives, to department heads and managers, to drive business and HR initiatives while providing guidance on a wide range of HR matters including performance management, employee relations, and organizational design.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of HR programs and initiatives such as talent development and management programs.
  • Facilitate HR team organization, leveraging analytics for data-driven insights, and preparing communications to succinctly convey key HR initiatives and metrics.
  • Conduct needs assessments and research to identify emerging trends, best practices, and areas for improvement in HR program management.
  • Drive employee engagement efforts through the development and executive of programs that foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction
  • Act as a change agent by leading change management initiatives and supporting employees through periods of organizational change.
  • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and stay abreast of industry best practices.
  • Partner with payroll and total rewards team to design and execute HR onboarding for Americas region.

Let’s talk about your skills/expertise:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnering and program management supporting global teams.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and exceptional knowledge of local, state, and federal labor and employment laws and regulations and experience applying North American (specifically United States) labor laws and practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (experience with BambooHR and ADP are preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
