Cyara is looking for a seasoned Events & Partner MarketingDirector to plan and execute the company’s tradeshows, customer events and corporate events as well as plan and execute partner marketing programs. Both event marketing and partner marketing play strategic roles in our company growth and are essential to driving pipeline and revenue. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you are an expert project manager that can think both strategically and tactically, and you have a proven track record of building relationships with cross functional teams as well as with customers and partners. You believe in flawless execution and have a data driven approach to measuring success.
Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
- Create the strategy and develop the plan for the company’s tradeshows, customer events, and corporate events.
- Working with the Strategic Partners team, you will develop the strategy and execute the plan to drive partner pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Create the KPIs to measure early, mid and late-stage success of events and partner programs.
- Establish an events and partner marketing budget, meticulously tracking actual spend to planned spend.
- Create standard operating procedures for event planning and partner marketing.
- Wows our customers and partners with creative and engaging content.
- When applicable, works with outside agencies on planning and execution.
- Flawlessly executes events and partner marketing programs including debriefs and KPI tracking.
- Develop consistent and timely reporting to share with executive and sales leadership on event and partner program success.
Let’s talk about your skills/expertise:
- 10+ years of B2B event marketing experience, including 5+ years of partner marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written form.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to course correct quickly when needed.
- The ability to use insights and data to drive decision making.
- A proven track record of working cross functionally and collaboratively to drive results.
- A natural curiosity, high bar for quality, and can motivate teams.
- Experience working for PE-backed companies is preferred.
- Experience in B2B enterprise software companies is preferred.
