What you will be doing:

We are looking for a Agent & Process Automation Engineer to join our Data & AI team. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy AI-powered MS Copilot agents and pipelines to automate repetitive tasks and simplify workflows across all teams. Your mission: empower every department with intelligent automation, reducing manual effort and boosting productivity.

You will work directly under the CDO, collaborating with the CIO and business teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities. Ensure all tools comply with CTO/CISO policies. Your focus will be on delivering quick, scalable solutions—from simple process automation to advanced copilot integrations—while ensuring alignment with our data and AI strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI innovation, process optimization, and team enablement.

Your duties will also involve:

MS Copilot & Automation Development

  • Design, develop, and deploy agents tailored to automate routine tasks within teams (e.g., HR, finance, operations, customer support).
  • Build lightweight, user-friendly automation pipelines to streamline workflows (e.g., document generation, data entry, approval processes).
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify pain points and implement quick-win automation solutions with measurable impact.
  • Integrate copilots with existing tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, Power Platform) to create seamless, intuitive experiences.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate on automation solutions based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Data & AI Infrastructure

  • Ensure copilot agents and automation pipelines leverage high-quality, secure, and well-structured data from our modern stack: Snowflake (data warehousing), dbt (transformation), Airflow (orchestration).
  • Write clean, maintainable Python code for data processing, API integrations, and copilot logic.
  • Optimize ETL/ELT processes to support real-time or near-real-time automation needs.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with team leads to understand their workflows and design copilots that solve real-world problems.
  • Train and onboard teams on using copilot agents and automation tools, fostering adoption and self-sufficiency.
  • Advocate for efficiency, identifying opportunities to replace manual processes with intelligent automation.
  • Document and share best practices to scale automation across the organization.
  • Train teams, lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and onboarding
  • Ensure automations are used, adopted, trusted, and delivering measurable value
  • Evangelize automation culture across the organization
  • Success is not delivering technology, it’s achieving adoption!
  • Partner with DataOps/MLOps and IT in the deployment phase

Tooling & Compliance

  • You will primarily work within an Azure and Microsoft ecosystem, but you are not limited to Microsoft tools alone. With CDO approval ensuring full compliance with CTO/CISO validation and policies., you will have the flexibility to explore and integrate alternative tools to best meet business needs.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI builder capabilities to maximize our automation potential.

Requirements

What you will bring along:

  • Proven experience building and deploying agents or similar AI-driven automation solutions.
  • Strong Python skills for scripting, API integrations, and data processing.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow in a production environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI services) is a must have.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical teams and gather precise requirements.
  • Problem-solving mindset: Focus on delivering practical, user-centric automation with minimal complexity.
  • Pedagogical approach: Passion for teaching teams how to leverage copilots and automation in their daily work.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) for collaboration and documentation.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, n8n) for our POCs.

Nice-to-Have

  • Certifications in Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or automation frameworks.

Why Join Us?

  • Drive real impact: Your work will directly reduce manual workloads and improve efficiency across the company.
  • Cutting-edge tools: Work with the latest AI and automation technologies in a supportive, innovative environment.
  • Collaborative culture: Partner with executive leadership (CDO, CIO, CTO) and shape the future of work at our organization.
  • Growth opportunities: Access to training, certifications, and a dynamic team passionate about AI and automation.

The story of Customer Experience Group (CXG) is a journey of evolution, born from a keen observation in a high-end mall in Shanghai in 2005. It was there that founder Christophe Caïs noticed a significant gap between the luxurious promise of high-end brands and the actual in-store customer experience. This realization sparked an idea: to help these brands bridge that gap by gaining a deeper understanding of their customers. This led to the birth of Albatross in 2006, a company specializing in measuring customer experience. The venture quickly gained traction, securing its first client, Benetton Sisley, in the same year. The initial success, fueled by referrals and word-of-mouth, propelled Albatross's expansion across China and the wider APAC region, with offices opening in Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Seoul, Taipei, and Singapore between 2007 and 2010. However, providing actionable insights was only half the battle; clients often struggled with implementation. To address this, Face2Face, a specialist CX training business, was launched in 2010 to equip retail managers and staff with the skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The 2010s marked a period of global expansion for the group, moving into Europe to be closer to key decision-makers for international brands. New offices were established in Paris, London, Moscow, and New York. A significant project in the United Arab Emirates led to the discovery of Dubai as a vibrant, business-friendly hub, strategically located between the North American, European, and APAC markets. This led to the decision to establish the company's headquarters in Dubai. As client relationships deepened, the need for a more unified and strategic proposition became clear. In 2017, the Customer Experience Group (CXG) was born, uniting the various solutions under one stronger, more cohesive brand. The goal was to be a strategic partner that could guide clients on their entire customer experience journey. The final evolution came in 2021, amidst the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic. The company took the opportunity to strategically review its clients' evolving needs and its own business operations. From this, CXG emerged as a single, unified brand with a clear vision: to be the preferred customer experience transformation partner for premium and luxury brands worldwide. The journey that began with a simple observation continues, driven by a relentless commitment to transforming customer experiences and creating meaningful impact for its clients.
