As a Team Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to up to six leaders within the Sales and Go-to-Market organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys taking initiative in handling a variety of reactive tasks to support revenue-generating activities.
Requirements
- Manage and respond to ad-hoc scheduling requests from VPs
- Assist in researching flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Respond promptly to requests from leaders for meeting preparation, research, or document creation
- Follow up on action items from meetings to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide event support for sales kickoffs, customer events, and quarterly business reviews
- Manage ad-hoc projects
