Regional Sales Director - Alpine (Remote, Switzerland)

As a Regional Sales Director for the Alpine region, you will provide leadership and management oversight to Regional Sales Managers to drive sales strategy and goal attainment. Participating in strategic planning, communicating corporate strategy, and planning activities to generate sales pipeline, forecast, and develop customer relationships. Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, acting as a coach and mentor, and evaluating personnel to meet sales goals. Proven experience with the Alpine market, first line sales leader role, and people leadership position is required.

Requirements

• Proven experience with the Alpine market, notably within the tech industry
• Experience in a first line sales leader role and having worked in a people leadership position is required
• Passionate relationship building and executive level negotiating skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with functional peers across functions
• Experience as a successful Regional Sales Director with a track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in the Alpine region
• Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace is advantageous
• Demonstrated experience working with Sales organizations and technical teams
• A demonstrated ability to manage professional level employees
• Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude
• Excellent communications and presentation skills
• Written and spoken fluency in German and English
• Bonus: Written and spoken fluency in French
