Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant - AI (Remote, AUS)

As a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant - AI, you will be responsible for planning, deployment, implementation, and operational support of the CrowdStrike platform's AI capabilities. This role will focus on leveraging Falcon's Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies to enhance threat detection, automate response workflows, and maximize security outcomes for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• 8 years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in cybersecurity applications
• Strong understanding of software deployment technologies
• Very knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
• Experience with AI-powered security tools and platforms
• Knowledge of data science principles and their application to security operations
• Experience with security automation and orchestration platforms
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Skillful communication and effective ability to build collaborative relationships
