About the Role:

CrowdStrike is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer on the Infrastructure Engineering team to help grow our global team of engineers focused on developing tools to deploy, observe, and maintain a first-class, highly available cloud platform at massive scale. This is a software development role where candidates with a strong background in Golang and React will shine.

What You'll Do:

The team is responsible for building and operating CrowdStrike's internal cloud management and developer platform. We're a small, remote-first team of full stack engineers building APIs and UIs in Go and TypeScript. You will:

• Build new features in modern Single Page Applications using TypeScript and React

• Develop and maintain microservices using Golang and modern cloud-native technologies

• Build and enhance gRPC and RESTful APIs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments

• Contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong experience in Golang, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Python

• Experience building gRPC and RESTful APIs

• Experience building modern SPAs

• Experience operating in Linux environments

• Experience operating within the cloud, preferably AWS

• Experience with CI/CD concepts

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, and deployment concepts

• Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus)

• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

• Experience with GitOps workflows and tools like FluxCD

• Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams
